The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful villages and towns nearby to explore. The scenic route we took when leaving the hotel was simply breathtaking, with views that rivaled some of the most famous landmarks in the world. It was definitely a memorable experience.
There were several negative aspects during our stay. The staff in the restaurant were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming, making our dining experience quite unpleasant.

Fantastic location in the heart of the small historic town of Covarrubias. Great food and atmosphere as the rooms overlook the main square.
Just a niggle about the maintenance department - by chance we had the same room last year and the bathroom towel rail and shower holder were both broken then. This year they were in an even worse state of repair and you couldn't use the shower holder. My spanish language skills were sadly not good enough to communicate this to the staff.

A lovely scenic old town but we do not want to overnight there ever again in view of the hotel accommation and noise.
Very poor bed. Matess too small for base and wood frame sticking out gave me a bruise eventually. Staff serving breakfast not a happy. Room and bathroom in parrticular in need of updating. Wardrobe narrow and with only four hangers. A very noisly hotel room from the bar below hotel. It kept us awake on a Saturday night/Sunday morning until 3.30am. Awoke very tired after an overnight there. Never again.

The medieval walled town was charming and the nearby scenic route was breathtaking, a mixture of the most beautiful spots in the UK. the breakfast was quite lovely too.
The staff at the hotel were a bit unfriendly, especially the restaurant staff, which affected our dining experience. some staff members weren't very helpful and didn't provide clear answers when we asked about the Spanish dishes.

This was a really nice hotel in the centre of a lovely old Spanish town. The evening meal was delicious, breakfast was basic but ok. Thoroughly recommended and great value for money.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel located right in the heart of town, overlooking the bustling central plaza. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the rooftops and surrounding hills. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Plus, the hotel is just a short drive away from beautiful villages and towns worth exploring.
The staff in the restaurant could have been more welcoming and attentive.

Lovely location and very friendly staff
Needs a little T.L.C. to improve standard of furniture, fixtures and fittings

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of town facing the central plaza. The views from my balcony were stunning, with swallows darting around the rooftops and vultures gliding over the surrounding hills. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were old and atmospheric, and despite being small, they were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also good, offering a nice variety of options.
Don't have any issues at all.
